HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ME?

Under each product is a table with measurements in cm (A length, B width); our advice is to measure your favorite shirt to figure out which size to choose. Almost all the garments have a rather loose fit, a slightly oversize style.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED TO MAKE SIMPLICITAS GARMENTS?

We produce our garments with recyclable materials and through regenerated textile fibers. We use only sustainable and certified fabrics such as: GOTS organic cotton, Tencel, GRS recycled polyester. Moreover, all Simplicitas garments are designed and manufactured responsibly and sustainably exclusively in Italy.

HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF SIMPLICITAS GARMENTS?

We design each garment with one goal in mind: for it to be your favorite and last as long as possible. It is therefore essential to pay attention to the washing of garments in order to preserve them at their best: for this reason, we recommend the use of neutral soaps, washing at low temperatures (30°) and air-drying the garments in the open air, preferably inside out and in the shade.

WHAT WAYSÀ OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

The following payment methods are provided:

PayPal

For payment, the Paypal circuit can be used by the customer according to its specific terms.

Credit card

In cases of purchasing goods with Credit Card payment method, the transaction may be made through the secure Stripe server.

Transfer

In case of purchase by bank transfer, bank details for payment will be displayed. The goods will be shipped only upon actual receipt of payment in the bank.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipped by noon Monday through Friday. The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within 24-48 hours after acceptance of the Order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once it ships, we will send you the tracking number of your order and you can follow it HERE.
